Ajilon is seeking a Sr. Marketing Coordinator that will lead a wide range of marketing projects and complex processes, including generating marketing collateral and other communications that accurately reflect the company brand. This position is Direct Hire and offers a very lucrative compensation and benefits package that includes profit sharing and bonus programs. We are seeking individuals with the following qualifications:
¿ Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in related discipline such communication, marketing or design.
¿ 2-5+ years of experience preferable within financial service or professional service industry
¿ Previous project management experience and leadership skills are a plus.
¿ Experience in event planning and coordination is a must
¿ Writing, editing, and publishing skills for online and print publications preferred.
¿ Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous multiple-level projects and tasks with internal departments.
¿ Technical proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and InDesign, ExactTarget, Salesforce.com and WebEx
¿ Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interface with personnel at all levels, both orally and in writing.
¿ Ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility as timelines and priorities change.
¿ Strong attention to detail.
