The Director will oversee the management and performance of the sales team. Will direct the promotion and implementation of programs and will lead the development and delivery of coordinated marketing strategies to create customer awareness, drive cost saving options and develop creative strategies to increase revenue and control costs. Will also contribute to strategic company initiatives. The ideal candidate is a Registered Dietitian with sales management experience in a food distributor or group purchasing organization. Bachelor’s degree required. Registered Dietitian credentials preferred, however, not mandatory for consideration. 7+ years of healthcare foodservice sales leadership experience required in addition to healthcare foodservice director level experience. Good computer skills are essential for success in this role. Position is based in your home office with ~60% anticipated nationwide travel.
