ARMIN Innovative Products is seeking exceptional candidates for the position of Sales Manager reporting directly to the President of the company.  We are a leader in our industry and a privately owned domestic manufacturer with a rich 30-year history in Southeastern Massachusetts. It is our mission for every business in America to be using at least one of our products to improve its business.

We sell to fun and creative customers in the major retail chains, private and US government facilities, marketing & advertising agencies, commercial printers, and retail packaging companies. The products our company makes are seen when shopping, in a hotel, restaurant or bar and in office buildings and factories throughout the US. We are looking for someone to join our team who is results driven, team-oriented and can foster progressive thinking with integrity at the core.

Position responsibilities include:
  • Manage, coach and develop the sales team while implementing strategies to consistently surpass monthly sales targets.

  • Manage commission policies, performance assessments, disciplinary actions and direction needed to achieve objectives.

  • Overall development and implementation of sales goals forecasts and pricing strategies with supporting data, systems and processes.

  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction, partner success and policy quality.

  • Audit the effectiveness of available sales tools and processes.

  • Responsible for the implementation of company initiatives aimed at boosting productivity, innovating new procedures, assuring the highest quality standards and continuing to build and enhance a positive sales culture.


Qualified applicants should:
  • Have a minimum of ten years sales experience with five years in a management role with a direct sales force as well as manufacturer’s representatives.

  • Have experience developing and leading sales organizations with a successful track record of developing new business opportunities.

  • Have excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills.

  • Be a strong motivator, coach and mentor.

  • Have experience with solution selling.

  • Possess the ability to close deals.

  • Possess the ability to track the sales pipeline for the entire team.

  • Be highly organized.

  • Possess strong computer skills including proficiency with contact management software.

Previous experience in the commercial printing, packaging or the display trade is a plus.
