JOB DESCRIPTION
Classification:  Portfolio Manager

Compensation:  $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year

This Real Estate fund manager is seeking to bring on a Fund Accounting Manager to their team. This role will prepare financial reporting and provide timely and accurate financial statements, investor and management reports, perform consolidations of multiple entities and eliminate intercompany transactions. This role will also perform bank reconciliations, review monthly journal entries posted by the Senior Accountant, and prepare necessary audit/tax requests and review project/entity financial statements and tax returns. A proven ability to handle fund task such as perform cash management activities including tracking bank balances and investor capital accounts; make periodic capital calls/distribution; assist with transaction closings/funding; periodic analysis of funding sources.
