RICHARDSON MOLDING INCORPORATED Richardson Molding is currently seeking: Quality Control Manager (1st Shift ) Requirements include prior held position as a Quality Manager or Assistant Quality Manager, proven track record of outstanding plant quality, knowledge of audit certification, Green Belt Certification, and the ability to train all levels of associates. Experience with IQMS is preferred. Experience as an internal ISO auditor. This individual must be assertive and have a strong drive for improvement. PLASTIC EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift ) Plan and perform a wide range of tasks and repair of plant manufacturing and processing equipment including injection molding machines, fabrication equipment, robots, conveyors, and other related machines/plant equipment. Candidates must have a strong injection molding background and the ability to work independently. Experience with PLCs, VFDs, Servo’s, and industrial process controls preferred. Prefer a Journeyman Electrician. All applicants must be willing to work in a team-orientated environment with a strong focus on Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
