  Property Manager - The Bronx
Residential real estate company located in the Bronx is currently seeking a qualified individual for their expanding property management department. 

Responsibilities consist of property management, compliance, re-certification, supervision of building maintenance, documentation, rent collection, leasing and other property related functions.

The ideal candidate should have college credits and 5+ years experience in residential property management, affordable housing, Section 8 or HUD.
