About the Job
Looking for a team player that has the experience and desire to work in the corrugated industry. Under limited supervision is responsible for organizing and coordinating the general accounting activities for the plant. Ensures the day to day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger, prepares financial reports, and analyzes and reports any variances. Also, familiar with accounts payable, payroll, invoicing and inventory control.An accounting degree with at least five years experience is desired.(CPA a strong plus) A proven track record of cost accounting, fixed expense reduction, balance sheet reconciliation, staff management, PC knowledge and attention to detail will be the key factors in determining the right candidate for this position. Previous experience in the corrugated industry is a plus, but not required. Located in Richmond, VA., the successful candidate will report directly to the Plant Controller.
