Luxury Property Management Company located in New York City is currently seeking a qualified individual to work onsite at one of their luxury Manhattan Coop properties.Duties will consist of supervising building operations, budgeting, tenant interface, operations, physical property inspections, repairs, purchase requisitions, resolutions of violations and other related duties.

The ideal candidate should have a college degree or college credits and 5+ years onsite coop  residential property management experience.

Starting salary is up to 150K Base
