About the Job
P&F Metals is a General Engineering and Mechanical Contractor specializing in high quality metal fabrication, engineering, and millwrighting services for the industrial, agricultural and food processing communities. P&F Metals is currently looking for a Millwright. The job duties are as follows:
Installation of structural steel, machinery and equipment for the industrial, agricultural and food processing communities. Must be able to disassemble and reassemble equipment as necessary for repair and installation. To perform safely, all types of welding, cutting and brazing methods using gas and electric typoes of equipment. Must be able to work from blueprints, hand sketches and verbal instructions. Employee is to be familiar with operations of field equipment, such as, but not limited to; drills, grinders, speedy cuts and varioius hand tools. Employee must be able to safely operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Employee is required to use and maintain all safety and personal protecting equipment as needed or recommend by location and job function. Employee is required to accurately fill out time cards, daily reports and record all materials used for a project. Employee is to keep and maintain a clean and safe work area at the job site. Be constantly aware of your surroundings for the safety and well being of yourself and those working around you. Working at heights occasionally will be required.
