The Guest Service Representative is a member of the front desk team. This team member is responsible for maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times and welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner, both face-to-face and on the phone. Job Requirements
The ideal Guest Service Representative will present the following: * Customer service experience * Accurate cash handling experience * Excellent verbal communications * Strong organizational skills and detail orientation * Ability to operate computers and office equipment * Positive attitude, outgoing and friendly * Ability to handle pressure with poise and finesse* Posses a valid driver's license, have an acceptable driving record and willingness to transport guests * We are looking for a team of A Players. The right candidate for our hotel is an individual who demonstrates and exemplifies the following: * A true passion for the hospitality business * Commitment to exceptional guest service * A fun, positive attitude with a sense of humor
