Established Solutions Provider specialized in providing enterprise technology services to brand name / Fortune 500 firms is in need of a Seattle regional Contact Center Solutions Consultant who has strong Genesys call scripting skills and experience. This is a permanent role where you will have the opportunity to work with various clients on enterprise Contact / Call Center solutions on both the Genesys and Cisco side.

What You Will Be Doing
Engineering and supporting large implementation of the Genesys product suite
Daily Operations , Maintenance and support of the projects implemented
Installation, configuration and testing of Genesys software
Keeping up to date on latest technology versions, trends, and techniques

Keeping up to date on latest technology versions, trends, and techniques
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Genesys
- Contact Center Engineering
- Genesys Call Scripting
***Experience with Cisco Call Center Engineering is a big plus
Additional skills sought:
Genesys SIP Server
Genesys eServices
Genesys Workforce Management
Genesys Agent Desktops (GAD and iWS)
Genesys Voice Portal (GVP)
Genesys Info Mart and Interactive Insights
J2EE (Java, Servlets, JSP, EJB, JSF)
.NET (C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET)
