Angelo State University Financial Aid Director of Financial Aid Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits package. Responsible for: Leadership and management of a comprehensive financial aid program; Compliance and management oversight of federal, state, and institutional policies and programs; An in-depth knowledge of government regulations and issues of compliance; knowledge of accounting and internal control procedures; knowledge of budget management. Strong organizational and communication skills; a commitment to customer service; a demonstrated record of using technology in developing and implementing financial aid programs and services; knowledge of the financial aid philosophy and fundamental practices and procedures of student financial aid programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations, management information systems, accounting, or other appropriate field. Minimum 5 yrs successful progressive experience in financial aid administration including at least 3 yrs supervisory experience.
