JOB DESCRIPTION
Direct Care Professional (Apple Valley or Burnsville) Active, fun, responsible person to work 1:1 with women with mild cognitive disabilities. If you like to be on the go this is the job for you. Be a positive role model and demonstrate good social boundaries while going to the movies, playing cards, and attending community events. Very supportive family and team.
Hours available are:
Thursdays 2:30p-9:30p and Saturdays 6pm-12m in Apple Valley (additional hours available)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm-8:30pm and e/o weekend 6am-4pm in Burnsville (additional hours available).

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older;
- high school diploma or equivalent;
- clean driving record and insurability;
- clean back ground check;
- experience working with people with MI and/or intellectual disabilities preferred.
