• Designs and participates in the implementation of an enterprise architecture solutions based on business requirements and information technology strategies and trends.
• Designs and participates in the governance activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise technical and/or solutions architecture.

Primary Duties:
Responsible for the architecture of the enterprise end-user device environment including, but not limited to, desktops and laptops, printers, peripherals, tablets and smartphones. Translates business requirements surrounding the end-user computing environment into design strategies, evaluates vendor hardware and software and defines enterprise standards for existing and new technologies. Responsible for designing architecture services that are aligned with business strategy and ensuring successful execution of these services on relevant technology platforms. Extensive contact with internal customers and other information technology (IT) professionals is required to identify research, analyze and resolve complex issues and problems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Device Operating Systems (i.e. Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, WP)
• Application and Desktop virtualization (i.e. Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft)
• User Personalization (i.e. AppSense, Avecto, MS roaming profiles)
• Device Management (Mobileiron, SCCM)
• B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or related degree preferred. Will typically have at least 5 years' experience and may require advanced technical knowledge.
• Analysis: Identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities; compare data from different sources to draw conclusions.
• Communication: Clearly convey information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
• Exercising Judgment and Decision Making: Use effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions; recommend or take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and probable consequences.
• Technical and Professional Knowledge: Demonstrate a satisfactory level of technical and professional skill or knowledge in position-related areas; remains current with developments and trends in areas of expertise.
• Building Effective Relationships: Develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
• Client Focus: Make internal and external clients and their needs a primary focus of actions; develop and sustain productive client relationships.
Experience Preferred
