Client Integration Engineer
We are a leading online video management company. Our products are used by some of the worlds largest media company to manage millions (and millions) of videos viewed every year. We are searching for a customer facing Client Integration Engineer or Professional Services / Post Sales Engineer to work with clients in and around the greater DC area.
This is an opportunity to work with some of the most well known media companies on the planet. You will be exposed to and working with the latest in online and traditional media. You will need a strong skill set along with the willingness to learn and expand your talents.
What you will be doing!
- Develop and code Java / .NET projects
- Develop Groovy scripts
- Project management
- Interface regularly with the customer to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identify upcoming needs
- Coordinate with technical personnel to meet customer needs
- Manage customer expectations to prevent overload or missed deadlines
- Route customer requests to engineering, sales or support as needed
- Communicate to the customer regarding new features and releases
What you need for this position!
- 2+ years in professional services, post sales, client integration or technical project management
- Knowledge and ability to develop in .Net or Java
- Experience with a variety of web development technologies such as DHTML, JavaScript, XML, REST and Flash
- Technical understanding of Web Services, current trends in the mobile and broadband marketplace
- Extremely strong communication skills are a must for this job
- Must enjoy working with customers to create solutions and solve problems
