Candidate will be responsible and accountable for operations and success of one or more department(s) within the Surgical Area. They will be responsible for the delivery of high quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations and for safe management of surgical patients throughout the operative experience. Minimum Qualifications:
** Graduate from an accredited nursing program: BSN required.
** Minimum of 3 years supervisory and departmental management experience in a surgical setting required.
** Current licensure as a RN in the State of Virginia is required.
** Must be flexible and creative, willing to continually institute change. Flexibility in work schedule. Requires knowledge, skills and abilities in the area of operations and system's management, human resources management, quality and customer service management and clinical or technical knowledge of work performed in assigned areas.
