Position Description:
Position Summary
The Sr. Compensation Analyst provides administration of the Company’s equity based rewards programs and administers compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. This resource supports and is a strategic partner to key leaders, and interprets and ensures regulatory compliance of compensation programs.

Principle Accountabilities & Deliverables
• Responsible for project management of executive compensation projects and Compensation Committee meeting preparation. Coordinates the annual completion of the CD&A of the Proxy, including completion of all required tables.
• Manages and administers compensation programs and ensures competitive pay by participating in and analyzing salary surveys; researching and evaluating market pay practices and making recommendations for salary structure, base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives; administers and communicates incentive programs; evaluating jobs for external competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with organizational objectives; and reviews, approves, and administers employee pay adjustment changes; monitors annual salary budget and performance appraisal process to ensure system integrity.
• Supports internal customers on all compensation matters by consulting with them on business strategies and goals and assisting the design of pay programs. Partners with and trains People Services teams and leaders to ensure compensation practices are implemented as intended; develops and delivers strategic communications and tools to inform and educate the organization on compensation programs; compiles data for tracking and reporting key company metrics and makes recommendations.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with Fair Labor Standards Act and governing bodies by creating job analysis, documentation, and evaluation process; writing and modifying job descriptions; evaluating positions for exemption status; providing consultative services to company leaders on FLSA law.
• Works in partnership internally and externally with Payroll, Finance, HRIS, third-party administrators, vendors and outside counsel to ensure plan goals and legal requirements are met and ensure customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Education / Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related major or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years progressive experience with compensation and stock administration, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of equity plan principles, laws, and regulations
• CCP preferred

Skills
• Project management, problem solving, and decision making skills with attention to detail
• Research and data management skills; demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and summarize data and make recommendations
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Office products, strong in Excel)
• Communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Self motivator who maintains confidentiality and professionalism

Abilities
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds 5% or less of the workday
• Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
• Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, and reason for most or all of the workday
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.
• Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods of time throughout the workday.

Work Environment

• Work is performed indoors in a climate controlled environment.
