his position is responsible for maintaining Burton’s superior customer service standards, complying with all policies and procedures, meeting sales goals, and protecting company assets. Salespeople are also responsible for supporting the management team and store staff in the implementation of promotions, visual merchandising, daily store maintenance and all general sales functions. Ability to operate a Windows based cash register system necessary.
Successful candidates will have 1-3 years retail sales experience, be out-going and energetic, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. A background in snowboarding and knowledge of the sport and technical snowboarding gear is required.
