Description


Essential Job Functions:
  • Assists client to determine training objectives attainable through the use of simulations and translates identified goals into scenarios using military artistic experience and knowledge, creates realistic battlefield settings for the Commander that facilitate the Army unit's preparation for combat or training in a combat environment.
  • Assists the client to determine resources and capabilities required to provide an effective training product.
  • Coordinates for the multiple simulators and support personnel required to effectively execute the training scenario.
  • Supervises the staff's rehearsals for specific assigned training events to ensure quality presentation during the training event. C
  • Captures and develops an After Action Review (AAR) product using audio, visual, and graphic media which is provided to the customer.

Qualification


Basic Qualifications:
Two years of experience in operating computer systems, including one year of experience supervising assigned personnel.
An understanding of U.S. Army doctrine is necessary in order to interface with military training audiences, operators and analysts.
Two years assignment at battalion or above staff is preferred.
Equivalent service in other U.S. armed services may be substituted.
Must have demonstrable experience in the simulation application of at least one of the Battlefield Operating Systems under Combat, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance as required.
