Role Summary/Purpose:
This position is responsible for corporate application support, development, strategy, standards, and administration for Epicor on a global basis supporting SalesForce.com (SFDC). The Application Systems Analyst will be responsible for SFDC application development and support for the worldwide Sales and Marketing groups.

Role Summary/Purpose:
This position is responsible for corporate application support, development, strategy, standards, and administration for Epicor on a global basis supporting SalesForce.com (SFDC). The Application Systems Analyst will be responsible for SFDC application development and support for the worldwide Sales and Marketing groups.
EssentialResponsibilities:
- Serve as key application subject matter expert to Sr. Manager, CRM Applications in the IRMD applications group for Epicor internal application deployments to meet growing business needs
- Manage SFDC application according to governance model
- Work with business units to resolve SFDC user issues and data issues
- Assist with SFDC data imports and maintain integrations to other business applications
- Execute SFDC configuration changes, perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality roll-outs
- Design, build, test and deploy SFDC customizations which may include form layout changes, workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc.
- Primary contact for application systems development, management, and administration and modeling of business applications
- Liaison to the application vendor for extended problem resolution, license maintenance and support agreements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field
- Five or more years of experience with SFDC administration and development including Visualforce and Apex
- Three or more years of web development experience with .Net, Java or similar technology
- Experience managing large scale information system and application development and sustainment
- Experience establishing information systems standards and best practices in high availability and scalability environments
- Technical understanding of software development tools, testing methodologies, application and database performance, web services technology, etc.
- Good communication skills to develop a methodology which provides for timely status of application system management and sets expectations with IT Directors on quality and timing of information systems being implemented
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Effectively interface with key internal customers at all levels (IT, executive level and management level) to set and manage expectations across the organization
- Good verbal and written skills for development of application system architecture and effectively communicate the benefits to IT and business units when necessary
