Some of your responsibilities will be:

• Oversee a quick casual fresh food concept.
• Uphold existing policies
• Hire, train and coach hourly workers
• Participate in marketing and branding efforts at the store level
• Other responsibilities as needed to effectively run operations

Do you have:

• Strong career progression
• At least 2 years experience as fast food, quick casual, or family dining in General Manager role
• Skills in cost control
• Proven ability to train and motivate a team
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
• Evidence of creativity in developing plans for increasing sales and motivating team members
• Experience in performance management
• Proficient in P&L
