Job: Loyalty Program/Direct Marketing/Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Supervisor (3025)

Job Summary:
  • Supervises and assumes full responsibility of direct marketing projects from request to presentation to analysis. Drives incremental sales from existing customers and trial from prospects through direct marketing vehicles such as Direct Mail and Email. Provides management with actionable information as to the success or failure of specific marketing programs.




Responsibilities:
  • Ensures that each project of direct mail, email, voicemail, text, etc. is successfully executed from request to presentation and represents the voice of the customer. Supervises over 30-40 email projects per brand and 10 direct mail projects per brand, annually. Partners with the brand, creative and marketing services teams to develop and create design for direct mail and email. Then partners with each department throughout the project to ensure that the message and strategy is accurately being delivered. Responsible for overseeing and adhering to the budget set forth in each project.


  • Partners with vendors, CheetahMail and Harte-Hanks to determine best practices in direct mail and email
  • Collaborates with GE Retail Bank, Finance, Store Operations, Systems, Legal, and Credit and Check to project manage credit and loyalty creative projects including signage, direct mail, email, and web to build loyalty and spend of card members.
  • Evaluates direct marketing events to determine what worked and did not work for each project and how to reach client based on marketing "pushes". Presents findings and draws specific conclusions that result in evaluating and modifying marketing programs.
  • Special projects as assigned.


Requirements:
  • 4-6 years Marketing or Financial analysis experience, preferably in retail.
  • Background working on credit card and customer loyalty programs.
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Able to complete accurate and detailed results is a high-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Very strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience leading and developing others.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are required.
  • Experience with marketing databases and Access a plus.
  • Ability to interpret customer data.
  • Attention to detail.
