case development, and leadership approval; Utilizing existing and developing new techniques and models to predict

performance of future projects and initiatives; Monitoring online trends to identify and quantify customer habits and

behaviors; Tracking, measuring, and determining the effectiveness of online functionality changes and marketing efforts;

Understanding, analyzing, and summarizing data and effectively communicating information to leadership audiences.
