Job Description
We have a need with one of our client in Omaha, NE. They are looking for a Senior Developer on Java for development around IVR / VXML and they use Genesys CTI. Clientis in the process of migrating their Voice IVR''s to Websphere Application Server 8.5. Java/WAS/RAD is a significant component of the migrations, but there also is a requirement to understand the Genesys CTI platform and Voice XML.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, Struts, JMS, Java Beans, JNDI, JDBC, Axis, VXML
- Experience with Rational Application Developer (RAD)
- Previous work experience developing IVR and/or ?Screen Pop? (CTI) applications and functionality
- Genesys Composer, Genesys Voice portal 8.1.x general knowledge
- Genesys CTI Interaction Workspace 8.x or prior
- WebSphere Application Server experience
- Development experience in IVR/CTI domain as a developer in VXML, GRXML and GVP JAVA/J2EE technologies
