LEGOLAND Florida is seeking a Financial Analyst to compile, analyze, and report on the financial performance of each operating department within our company. Qualified candidates will provide key support during the budget process, conduct strategic analysis on pre-bookings/advance reservations, complete daily revenue reporting, and provide miscellaneous analysis requested by management.

Background and Experience:
- Requires at least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis. Demonstrated leadership experience and effective verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience with revenue forecasts, expense budgets, capital investments, savings opportunities and exposures are required. Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products is also required.
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field is required. CPA or Masters Degree is a plus.
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Analysis: Compiles and analyzes financial information to assist management with strategic business development.
- Reporting: Assists with the budget process by providing historical financial data in a meaningful manner. Completes daily park Flash Reporting detailing park spends and attendance outcomes and interprets the results to all levels of management.
- Support: Tracks current promotional offers in the market to support sales and marketing team in decision making and sales channel management.
- Other duties as assigned
