- Location: State College, PA
- This position is responsible for implementing and prioritizing daily facilities maintenance within the Region, including implementing renovations and alteration projects, overseeing repairs and contracting projects, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal building / safety codes and regulations, and supporting or assisting in other work projects as required. Applicant will support all company personnel and departments as wells as be responsible for helping to create and maintain budgets. Applicant should also be prepared to work off hours and when emergencies arise. Hands-on work will be required as applicable.

JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES
ADMINISTRATION:
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and practices
• Ensure compliance with Federal / State/ local regulations
• Ensure compliance with third party vendors / service providers
• Self-learn / knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Self-learn / knowledge of Internet & E-mail
• Ensure total document and data integrity
• Ensure accurate quality of work performed
• Manage regional workload/workflow within Corporate
• Prepare statistics and reports
• Open, sort, distribute and action mail
• Identify and resolve customer problems
• Provide quality communication throughout the department
• Maintain and administer Regional BCP
• Assist in developing and tracking budgets
• Familiarize self and partake in all building policies
• Identify maintenance priorities and coordinate work order requests
FACILITIES:
• Provide assistance to personnel with maintenance / upkeep of buildings
• Partner with outside vendors / service providers
• Implement renovation / alteration projects
• Coordinate equipment replacement projects
• Partner with Special Assets and manage SA and REO properties
• Facilitate custodial projects and programs
• Organize / deliver for local benevolence
• Assist with office conversions
• Perform routine building / equipment inspections and forecast future costs
• Organize preventative maintenance projects
• Monitor building grounds
• Maintain NSB vehicle(s)
• Assist in Emergency service calls
• Schedule and monitor outside building inspectors
• Inspect and coordinate roof repairs
• Maintain an in-depth P/M program on all equipment
• Monitor HVAC systems using applicable software and equipment
• Provide hands-on assistance whenever possible
• Continually partake in bank safety and equipment training
• Coordinate movement of people, furniture, and equipment
• Assist with other special projects as required

This position requires 80-100 percent travel time and is located in Bellevue.
Requirements:
4 year maintenance or facilities related degree, 6 years related experience preferred, 3 years customer service experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and all building systems.
