Job: FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Fabulous Company looking to add an amazing Facilities Maintenance individual.

WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL?

Maintain equipment and plant areas to promote a clean and safe environment.

•           Clean floors, walls, lunch room, locker rooms, trash containers, windows, etc.  Fill towel and soap dispensers.

•           Steam clean and pressure wash equipment as directed.

•           Operate plant sweeper, floor scrubber, waxing buffer.

•           Remove snow and apply salt on walk ways, as needed.

•           Keep aisles, fire extinguishers, hoses and electrical boxes clear at all times.

•           Remove empty plant trash containers as necessary.

•           Retrieve mail for front office each day.

•           Perform all other duties incidental to job as directed by supervision.

•           Clean & fill filters as required

•           Must be able to paint and handle drywall
