Overall Purpose: Directs and provides leadership for the end-to-end delivery of operational metrics and results analysis for the Online channel and resulting Offline experiences.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for the management, integration, reporting and analysis of data when the interaction originates online. Develops strategy, implementation and execution plans to achieve Web Analytics goals. Support analytic needs for all lines of business, Wireless and Wireline, Sales, Service and Support. Track, analyze, and report website and digital content usage data in scoreboards and dashboards. Drive requirements with platform team and IT to automate reporting efforts. Day to day operations support: definitions and reporting of Online Self Service and omni-channel metrics. Monitor visitor click-through and drilldown to determine appropriate layout, positioning and flow of digital content and website. Work with Web Developers to optimize website design, digital content and performance. Develop reporting tools to create custom reports. Lead reporting efforts for major events such as device launches, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and cost, ideation projects and A/B tests for investment decisions. Measure usability and effectiveness to make recommendations for improvements. Assists executives in defining organizational goals and strategic plans. Provides oversight to tagging implementation on the digital properties and owns data collection for reporting. Leads deep dive analytics efforts using tools such as SAS, business objects, SQL, Google Analytics and Excel to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational metrics. Responsible for forecasting and predictive analytics for operational metrics. Responsible for organizational target planning with Operations, Marketing and Finance teams for all channel targets. Leads reporting efforts for all capital initiatives from ideation to implementation, responsible for making decisions and delivery of key communications covering how initiatives are performing. Responsible for resource allocation, including budget and personnel. Responsible for personnel decisions and recommendations for hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews. Extensive knowledge of the field with advanced leadership skills.
Education: Preferred Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent experience. Preferred MBA with concentration in Marketing and Finance.
Experience: Typically requires 10 or more years of experience.
