This role is the champion of digital marketing for the US Midways.It will lead the development of a traffic acquisition strategy and campaign management across paid, owned and earned digital media channels. It will support the brand marketing managers to promote each brand’s compelling proposition online through the application of engaging digital creative and media formats.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for translating the attraction’s sales and marketing objectives and targets into an online demand generation/ traffic acquisition strategy. This will be delivered through the application of digital marketing tactics such as PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, mobile marketing, social media/ community management and content marketing (not exclusive).
- Work closely with the central eCommerce team to ensure the traffic acquisition strategy can be optimized through insight gained from customer journeys online as well as the eCommerce scorecard.
- Together with the central eCommerce team the role will help and support the pricing strategy for the division in a manner that maximizes volume and yield, through the application of robust data analysis on promotional and normal ticket sales and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, the role will define and execute an online promotional strategy that drives incremental sales volume through targeted online communities and is aligned to the overall discounting strategy for the business.
- Ensure the digital marketing strategy for the US Midways is clearly defined and communicated to all the attractions within the role’s geographic remit. The attraction general managers and local marketing managers will want to know how the strategy adds value to their business.
- Work in concert with local attractions to ensure their local marketing plans do not conflict with the digital marketing strategy for the business as a whole. Where plans conflict or do not drive value, this should be highlighted with commercial reason and escalated for a resolution if necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within the consumer, agency, or digital space
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
- Experience managing successful PPC, SEO (on and off page), Email marketing, and social media campaigns
- An understanding of digital media formats
- Good experience of growing traffic through paid, owned and earned digital media channels
- Experience with Google Analytics and related tracking technologies
