Ajilon is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a reputable healthcare company located in Tukwila. We are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of customer service experience AND ideally individuals that are HIPPA compliant.

Summary of Functions:
Respond to client inquiries, billing/insurance questions, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Collect payment on assigned delinquent accounts by contacting customers/clients by telephone and/or written correspondence, reviewing documentation, and arranging payment plans or repayment schedules in order to minimize loss to the organization.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, billing systems and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of clerical experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of patient personalities, in a diverse environment.
• Knowledge of health care billing, collection and credit balance procedures, requirements, documentation, and compliance/HIPAA standards.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage various work assignments in a fast paced environment.
