Job: Corporate Training and Market Manager

About the Job

The Corporate Trainer and Market Manager will be a key participant in helping Apptix drive and refine our training processes for channel partners and customers.  The successful candidate will develop and manage the interactive training sales and support curriculum that addresses internal and external users of our services.  Training will include online and on-site venues.  As the lead in the development  of product training curriculum you will work with Product Development, Account Management, Marketing and Sales teams.  More specific responsibilities may also include:
·         Identify specific training gaps, and design and develop training solutions
·         Leverage standard tools and technology to create and deliver training materials as well as introduce new technology to meet corporate objectives
·         Serve as marketing and training liaison between Apptix and Channel Partners
A successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 years of experience. You should have the ability to explain complex issues clearly with superior presentation and written communication skills.  A demonstrated track records of developing, implementing, and delivering training programs and processes. Demonstrable experience delivery training programs in one-to-one settings, traditional classroom formats, and web-based programs.  Familiarity with ValueSelling® approach and methodology preferred.  Travel between 10-25%.

Local candidate preferred - no relocation paid.
