Moen's Commercial business unit is seeking a Territory Manager for its Pacific Northwest region.
- Under the direction and supervision of the Commercial Regional Manager, sells and gains a complete understanding of wholesalers, engineers, mechanical contractors, and facility managers
- Presents and implements, marketing and promotional programs for accounts that provides quality solutions to customer needs within assigned area
- Provides account base with superior customer service and maintains regular sales call schedule for assigned engineers, facility managers and commercial mechanical contractors
- Attends and participates in industry trade shows and association memberships
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with influencers at all levels, including engineer personnel, mechanical contractors, key wholesale personnel, as well as top decision makers in facilities, by demonstrating a customer focus based on integrity and trust
- Develops and maintains positive relationships to support commercial market activity with Territory Managers and WBU Regional Managers
- Maintains continuous communication and follow-up with key engineers and facility personnel, and takes responsibility for follow-up actions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supports philosophy to meet goals of the Commercial Vision/Mission
- Creates and implements a Sales Plan for territory to maximize Moen’s Commercial product line sales opportunity
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Moen customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to travel and work non-standard hours
- Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
