JOB DESCRIPTION

Capstone Health & Rehab of Easley is a 66 bed facility that provides a wide range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short stay recovery, as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or three to six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and passed a state approved competency examination (written and skills) within 120 days of employment; name entered into state nurse aide registry.
