Accounting Principals, specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals, is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a leading client in the construction industry.

This is a temporary opportunity for an established company in the Seattle area.

The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Preparing schedules to assist with the audit process

• Assisting with the month end close and financial reporting

• Strong knowledge of GAAP

• Knowledge of process improvements and implementations

• Reviewing the work of the Staff Accountants

The qualifications of this role include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• CPA preferred

• Strong communication skills

• Someone with experience leading and motivating a team
